Wellbeing Program

On Wednesday the scientific program will finish at 1pm, allowing you to participate in wellbeing activities, whilst discovering what Perth has to offer.

Let us transport you to one of our three wellbeing hubs, on the river, on the beach or in the city after the morning session concludes.   Choose an activity. Make an afternoon of it.  Bring your partners and family to relax too.

We invite you to indicate your expression of interest (EOI) in attending a wellbeing activity, via the online registration portal.  Those delegates submitting an EOI will be given preferential registration when wellbeing activity registrations open in April.

River Hub – Matilda Bay

Relax on the sheltered banks of the Swan River in front of the historic University of Western Australia, looking out onto the Perth skyline.  A perfect spot for kayaking, supping, or family picnic.  Dive off the pontoons into the river or go for a paddle along the sandy beaches.

The “Freo Doctor” makes an appearance in the afternoon in Perth blowing a consistent 20 knots.  If you’d like to take it on, join us for an afternoon of sailing on the Swan River. Then join the other river hub activities for afternoon tea.
